Returns Policy

• We have a very low return ratio but understand there can be reasons why items may need returning as well as the Regulations to which we will outline below:

• Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of placing your order. You will be refunded your total order value of the products. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations, unless there is a mistake or fault on our part.
• Refunds and exchanges can be requested for any reason within 28 days of you receiving your goods.
• We cannot accept returns for items that have been personalised.
• All items must be returned as-new. 
• Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty and we will take responsibility for the costs incurred with return postage.

To request a return, please email us at hello@jurassicgifts.co.uk (or use the 'contact' page on the website) stating the order number, address, product(s) for return and a brief explanation of why.

If you have live in an area where we do a market/event, you can also return/exchange with us there, but we require advance notice.
