Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries where possible.

Delivery Charges:

Orders have a standard low charge of only £2.99.
FREE delivery for all orders totalling £35.00 or more (excluding items deemed a 'special delivery')
'Special Delivery' - very heavy items or some bespoke items may be charged according to weight and the level of insurance needed - the amount will be stated on the individual item.
Please note these delivery charges only apply to orders from within the UK mainland. Outside of UK mainland, please email us for a quote.
Orders from outside the UK will be charged higher fees. Please email us for a quote.

Expected delivery times:

We deliver all items through Royal Mail, and delivery is usually within 3-5 days for the UK.

Returns:

Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 28 days of you receiving your goods.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been personalised.
All items must be returned unused or unworn in their original packaging with all labels or tags attached with a valid invoice and a completed Returns Form, which is on the website or you can request this via email to hello@jurassicgifts.co.uk.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of placing your order. You will be refunded your total order value. Delivery cost will only be refunded should the entire delivery be returned, regardless of whether upgraded shipping was selected (unless part or the entire order was faulty or incorrect). The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations unless there is a mistake or fault on our part.
Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty.
